WHAT can be returned?
Product(s) must be in the same, working condition as purchased unless the product(s) are experiencing warranty covered failures.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Product(s) can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Use the Contact Us form to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

SHIPPING for returns?
The customer will pay for return shipping. Return shipping will be refunded if the products are deemed in working condition or failures are within manufacturer warranty.

CREDIT for returns?
Credit will be sent via mail or PayPal depending on the customer’s original payment.

In-store return option?
In store returns are available and arrangements can be made through the Contact Us form.

Packing materials?
Items need to be in original packaging for a full credit. Missing/damaged packaging will result in a 15% restocking fee unless failure is covered under warranty.
