Shipping Policy
WHAT do we ship?
All of our products are shippable. Most items are kept in a local inventory, but others may be drop shipped from suppliers or manufacturers.
WHEN do we ship?
Depending on the product stock levels, we will ship your product within 3-5 business days of order placement. If back-ordering is required, we will notify you within 24 hours of the delay.
WHERE do we ship to?
We provide free shipping to the United States and Canada. International rates will be added after order placement for shipments elsewhere.
HOW do we ship?
We will choose the least expensive shipping methods first unless otherwise instructed by the buyer for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping will result in additional charges billed after order placement.
How to track an order that’s been shipped?
We track orders using our shipper’s tracking systems.
In-store pick up option?
Customers can pick up their order if arranged via e-mail after order placement. Our store is located in Denver, CO.
Recycling of packing materials?
We reuse packing materials whenever feasible and only purchase 100% recyclable materials.
